As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Microsoft Teams and Cloud Solutions. Your daily tasks will include running the Teams Concierge as a Customer Service, analyzing and identifying bugs, and forwarding them to our 2nd Level support team. You will engage with our customers via chat, email, and phone calls, providing exceptional service and resolving issues effectively. In addition, you will contribute to the creation and updating of Knowledge Articles to enhance our internal and external documentation.
– Microsoft Teams Expertise: Provide expert-level support for Microsoft Teams, addressing user inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
– Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice: Assist in the management and maintenance of Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice solutions, ensuring seamless communication services.
– Cloud Solutions Mastery: Leverage your knowledge of Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure B2B, Microsoft Graph, and SaaS Solutions to optimize our cloud-based systems.
– Bug Analysis: Identify and analyze system bugs, document issues, and escalate them to our 2nd Level support team for resolution.
– Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via chat, email, and phone calls, delivering outstanding support and building strong customer relationships.
– Knowledge Article Management: Contribute to the creation and updating of Knowledge Articles to improve our documentation.
– Remote and On-Site Work: This role is 80% remote, offering the flexibility to work from home, and 20% in the office for team collaboration and coordination.
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice, Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure B2B, Microsoft Graph, and SaaS Solutions.
– Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
– Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
– Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Experience in creating and maintaining Knowledge Articles is a plus.
