  • Expert Consultation: Offer competent advice and support to clients on all matters related to personnel recruitment, drawing on your expertise to provide valuable insights.
  • Client Relationship Management: Professionally maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
  • Customer Care: Provide exceptional customer care to existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to acquire new customers, both on-site and through telephone interactions.
  • Placement of Positions: Facilitate the placement of temporary and permanent positions, ensuring the best match between candidates and roles.
  • Telephonic Communication: Conduct telephone conversations with clients, applicants, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all information is properly documented.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties to support the recruitment process.
  • Customer/Applicant Events: Actively participate in customer and applicant events, fostering strong connections within the HR community.

Requirements Profile:

  • Completed training in a commercial field, with a focus on HR or related disciplines.
  • Possess outgoing and persuasive negotiation skills, along with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Initiative and independence are essential, as is a genuine passion for your work.
  • Flair in dealing with people, with the ability to establish rapport effortlessly.
  • Excellent PC skills and knowledge of commercial transactions.
  • A reliable and adaptable personality capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Your charm and interpersonal skills enable you to effectively convince and communicate with our customers.
  • Ideal age range: 25-35
